Redback Health’s Role in FF&E Advisory and Delivery in the Hospital Project
Redback Health Services was engaged to provide FF&E advisory and consultancy services to the WA Treasury as part of the Technical Advisory Team.
With an FF&E spend of approximately $150 million, the project required detailed planning and coordination across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical environments.
Redback Health’s role included:
- Strategic FF&E planning and advisory
- Coordination within the broader Technical Advisory Team
- Supporting alignment between clinical requirements and procurement strategies
