Ian has over 30 years’ experience in supply management, including senior management roles in supply and purchasing at major health organisations. Prior to establishing Redback Health Services, Ian was General Manager – Group Supply with Australian Hospital Care.
Ian has acted as FF&E Consultant/Manager for Austin & Mercy Redevelopment, Lyell McEwin Health Service Redevelopment, Royal Women’s Hospital (Vic) Redevelopment, the Alfred Centre Development and the Epworth Eastern Development.
He has been engaged as FF&E Consultant/Advisor for large-scale development projects in Queensland (Sunshine Coast), WA (Fiona Stanley & Perth Children’s), SA (New Royal Adelaide) and Victoria (Victorian Cancer Centre)

Rebecca has been a mainstay of Redback Health Services since its inception in the early 2000’s. During her tenure, she has successfully delivered small to medium projects, including St. George’s Hospital in Kew and Burnside Hospital in South Australia.
Since 2022, Rebecca has expanded her expertise into Tender Management, bidding for major construction and Government infrastructure projects across Australia.
